The Nightmare
I had perhaps the worst nightmare I've had in ages this morning...
I dreamt that xiang and I were caught in some volcanic eruption-earthquake in a claustrophobia-inducing cave... Some orange molten lava just spilled over from the bottom onto the ground which was shaking everywhere... Someone behind us shouted 'RUN!' and then he took my hand and we ran as fast as we could... Still, we were not fast enough to flee the scene before rocks started falling from everywhere...
Then I FELT that everything around me went blank... It was not just total darkness... I felt, of all the strangest feelings in the world, like I was freefalling into nothingness in a dream... (After I woke up, I started to think if that was how death will feel like... But then I guess I would not want to encounter that feeling for a long time to come)
Still in my dream, I felt xiang pulling me along more tightly now... And he said 'Let's give ourselves one more shot to leave this place' (So Indiana Jones right?)
Out of nowhere, a squirt of water quenched the blazing fire around us... But for some reason I still can't figure out, maybe just because it was a dream and everything ridiculous could be excused, xiang said we have to get back within the 'protection of the fire'...
That's the end of my dream... I woke up feeling very afraid... I picked up my phone and called xiang to make sure he was not swallowed by some hungry volcano and its friends...

Thankfully no... I saw myself falling into a huge mass of brown rocks which were floating around
