To 2005 and Beyond
I guess some of my readers r probably frustrated with the lack of new material in this little blog for the past few weeks...
1 very common excuse from me again... writer's block! ha! well hmm yeah... i noe there r lots to write about... especially about the tsunamis... but then well... i prefer not to talk about such outright tragedy... we've seen enuff on Channel Newsasia...
So yupz, we're staring at yet another year straight in the face... 2005... i wonder wad it'll bring... well i guess it's not up to us to postulate... we juz gotta stay positive and eager about the future... as 2004 draws to an end, i would like to say a few things before i ermz... countdown in front of the computer 4 hours from now...
1. A million thanks to my best frenz from jc for sticking with me through 2004... we may not c each other everyday (with the exception of a couple of irritating buggers... OOPZ!), but i noe we're always together in heart and spirit... u noe who u r... but juz to mention names for the heck of it, my jc buddies r xiang yun, cherry, cindy, doreen and mungky in no particular order... do continue to churn out the crap and concern... they're greatly appreciated =)
2. Thanks also go out to my ex-employer and ex-colleagues for tolerating with my often over-zealous attitude in my work... hahaha... yeah i'll forever remember the challenge to myself to fold 7000 flyers... i noe more than half of that is still sitting in the office... haha feels real good... thx for the great time u all have given me although i noe u'll probably never read this... u guys/gals/aunties/uncles made my temp job an exciting journey everyday...
3. Lots and lots of thanks go out to ballo also... seniors and juniors... without all of u, my uni life would have never been the same... those crazy ktv marathons, overnite mahjong sessions... Our talking cock sessions in lectures and never-failing support for each other in our academic and other pursuits will never be forgotten... I noe, at least for a big group of us, that the frenship will never die away... 2005 is almost here... let us all 'walk hand in hand' down engin lane once more, twice more, many times more and down the lane of life forever more =)
It is impossible to thank all the people who made a positive difference in my life... I'll not forget to thank my family either... though it's juz not very appropriate to jot it down here... haha... anyway, for those whom i failed to thank in the above entry, pls do not feel offended... the long list of names and events run much longer in my heart... To sum it all up, thank you everyone for BEARing with this crazy panda... May our frenship go on forevermore and may everyone have a very happy and fulfilling 2005 ahead =)
