Gastromination & Examonomy
Some people say there is no free lunch in this world... There is a pseudo free lunch though when you exchange sth for it... It feels good to receive pseudo free lunch anyway... After all, anything with the word 'free' in it can't be bad... So this was what I had for lunch/tea today and the respective providers are:
1) Seafood baked rice courtesy of Mungky
Reason: I lent her my skype account to make some overseas calls
2) Mac 50 cents ice cream courtesy of Gary
Reason: I lent him a stack of stuff to zap
3) Strawberry and kiwi juice courtesy of xy
Reason: No reason at all
Wah... A day of seemingly free food... I wonder when I will enjoy this luxury again... Thanx to my friends for filling my stomach *burp*

Exams are coming! And hmm... well... Exams are coming...
I remember how we used to have 1 or 2 months before exams to study when we were in secondary sch or jc... I mean it's really possible to study for 2 months provided you don't slack... It was even possible in year 1... Maybe not 2 months but at least 1 month was quite possible.... Again, if you don't slack...
Now, even if I don't slack, there's no way I can start studying for the exams until next week - less than 2 weeks before the first paper... There were/are tests almost every other week and assignments every single week... It's not even humanly possible to revise full time... As a result, I'm quite amused to learn that many of the juniors are already mugging like there's no tmr for the exams... Their dear seniors are still mugging like there's no tmr for that 20% midterm... Midterm is an oxymoron here anyway... The midterms (chronologically) were long gone... It should be called before-finals-irritant...
Well... I was a freshie before... Now I'm stale and have taken to bitching... boo hoo
