Hello from Somewhere!
To all my disgruntled readers (if any) who have been frustrated at my lack of updates, fret no more. Here goes a quick lunch time (because it's lunch time now) update of my time here in the Bay Area so far:
Due to some early confusion and miscommunication, I wasn't able to settle somewhere permanently quickly... But now! I've settled into the nicest place I can find... Somewhere where palm trees grow, street lamps shine and dog barks... I also became the quickest in my batch to obtain my California driving license - passed both theory and behind the wheel tests + bought a car all in the first week. Whoopee
Now I'm zipping around in a 98 honda civic ex coupe which looks like this:

Work has been great despite the 'called the cops accidentally' incident (see previous post). The weather has been horrible though. Almost 40 degrees C everyday. At times, I even sweat in the lab. (!!!)
Haven't done any travelling. Did quite a bit of shopping though. Time for me to stop eating so much and start planning and most importantly executing my trekking schedule.
Uhm..... Ok I shall stop before I bore anyone.

hey it's kinda disgusting tt u got ur license n car in one week can. haha. anywae glad to c tt u're doing well dere, at least now. haha.. anywae i can't comment on ur tagboard leh. pui. :(
