The Formidable Choy Clan
U noe my family has a couple of very unique characteristics
1. All the old folks have retired.
2. They go to the same places ALL the time...
For example:
1. My 10 aunt has been going to the same market for the past 30 years... ok that's nth special... the special thing is... everyone noes her by name at the market... ok that's nth special too... the special special thing is... she can go to another market many kilometres away and PEOPLE STILL NOE HER BY NAME!!!!!!!
2. They visit the foodcourt at tpy hdb hub for breakfast SO OFTEN that the aunties and ah bengs noe them...
3. They go onboard star cruise so very FREQUENTLY that the filipino service crew will greet them with the words 'Hi auntie, here again?' or 'Hi auntie, long time no see~!'
4. My 10 aunt and mum always visit the same beauty salon... ok i noe it's not common to salon-hop anyway... but they're so pal-ly with the beautician that they get free cny goodies, discounted treatments and baskets of gossips
5. My 7 and 9 aunties have developed the immortal ability to watch the same show twice... and i'm not talking bout some 20 episode t.v.b. dramas... i'm talking bout shows like...
A KINDRED SPIRIT （真情） and
AH CHENG (阿城）
from beginning...................................................................... to end............... *zzzzzzzzzzzzz*
for that, i truly applaud them... their patience is definitely more than those(patients) at the A and E dept... (yes i noe that was lame)
with such an amusing family, sitcoms r surplus entertainment =)

Well, who knows, u might end up being like them too in future?? but it`s a good thing wat, being loyal to a single brand and also very sociable...
